Hearing aids are sophisticated pieces of equipment that need to be maintained regularly. Cleanings and follow ups are recommended every 3-4 months in order to keep instruments working at peak performance.

We deep clean your hearing aids to improve the sound quality and lifespan of your instrument. In addition, we check to make sure the instruments are working up to specs and answer any questions you may have.

We offer hearing aid adjustments and maintenance on the following hearing aid brands: Phonak, Rexton, Siemens, Signia, Starkey, Widex, Oticon, Sonic Innovations, Unitron, Resound.

Hearing Aids Repairs in San Antonio

Hearing aids have very small working parts and it’s not uncommon over time for a hearing aid to need a repair. We offer in-house repairs and laboratory repairs on hearing aids on all major manufacturers. Repairs include either a 6 month to 1 year warranty per instrument.

In-house repair: $75.00 per aid or Manufacturer Lab repair: $250.00-$360.00 per aid

I just had my one of three included follow up appointments w/my new hearing aids w/Custom Hearing Company, and it continues to be a great experience! The fit was off a bit and Matt made an adjustment and they feel great on and I hear so well now ! They are always on time for appointments and are flexible if you need to reschedule an appointment. Matthew listens carefully to your needs and concerns, and he then provides solutions to your hearing loss. Loss of hearing can be such a frustrating disability.
