I recently discovered this place on Google. I was having difficulty understanding conversations with my Phonak hearing aids. I made an appointment with Matthew. He is absolutely the most knowledgeable audio technician I’ve ever dealt with. He conducted an evaluation and said based on my hearing loss, that I should change my speakers from power 1 to standard. This was the first time any tech had recommended that. I did that, and then Matthew readjusted my Phonaks. What an improvement. I’m now understanding conversations better than I ever have with my Phonaks. Matthew and Ashley are a great team. Welcoming, friendly, concerned and understanding. I HIGHLY recommend them for all of your hearing needs. You will be pleased.

From surefire, etyomic research, live music, Howard leight and various off brands, these custom molded ear pro are by far the most durable and comfortable I've tried. They are all still going strong with no signs of degradation even after one of the sets accidentally went through the washer and dryer. I highly recommend San Antonio Custom Hearing.

We live in a retirement home and have not had to leave the property to get their service. Matt and Ashley are just a phone call away and will come over within a very reasonable time to take care of whatever you need. I've had other hearing aids in the past and wouldn't wear them because they just made everything loud. I have a narrow range of loss and Matt has been able to tune my instruments to avoid this problem. My wife had some issues with the devices coming out and Matt had custom earpieces made for her. Couldn't ask for better service!!!

The service of SA custom hearing was wonderful in all regards leaving a lasting impression of what customer service should be. Everything was explained to my understanding of why something was happening and gave me reasoning to the prices and the benefits of the product. As for the hearing protection themselves, they have been working great. I work around fighter jets and the noise the produce requires double ear protection. the custom inserts fill that role and are more comfortable than anything else when I have my ear muffs on as well. They also go in and out of my ear with ease and are strong enough to block the noise for equipment that simulates some aspects of the jet engine which is plenty loud enough.
